Just over here crossing out days on my workout calendar ❌ 17/80 & feeling SO confident right now, especially compared to this time last year, haha I was definitely still digesting all those 🍰🍧🍾🍩 from the holidays! But real quick gotta give mad love to my fellow wellness group ladies and team #TIYP for keeping my ass in line 😜 Seriously I’ve wanted to skip a workout more than once, but not this time!
Just realize that if it’s meant to be...it’s up to me. So if my goals are gonna happen, I gotta MAKE them happen. I decided that no matter how many times I failed this year, how many goals I missed, or donuts I ate 🙊 lol, I REFUSE to end this year how I did in 2017!! I can’t change the past, but I can make this year awesome! .
