Stretching lengthens tight/restricted muscles, which helps your muscles both relax and increase blood flow. It also encourages the release of endorphins, providing a sense of tranquility and euphoria. Nearly every single client I have had the pleasure in stretching with has noticed a huge change in their quality of sleep. 💤 😴
