@G.I.LANE TIPS FOR LOSING FAT:
1️⃣ Stop eating so much fat. It’s counter productive to go on a walk but eat a mess of fries and claim you wait to lose body fat. 🙄 You 1000% have to eat low fat to lose fat. Period.
2️⃣ Stay between 35-65g of fat / day
3️⃣ Use less than 1/4 tbsp of oil when sautéing
4️⃣ Steam / boil instead of sauté
5️⃣ Train your pallet by forcing yourself to eat less fatty meals knowing its good for your goals and heart. No one cares you want a burrito recruit! (Telling myself 😂) 6️⃣ Stay away from cheese. Cheese has 7g fat/serving. Skip it.
7️⃣ Eat 4 egg whites only for breakfast, no yolks. This saves 15g fat in itself.
8️⃣ Use salsa to flavor everything instead of cheese (not shown in pic. I tried just the spinach egg white omelette. No sir 🤮) 9️⃣ Know people who do marathons until they’re 106 y/o eat little processed fat (cheese, bacon, dairy milk) 🔟 Let yourself get to a 5/10 hungry before eating again. 🔢 Skip the milk and sugar in your tea / coffee. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
I’ve gained a considerable amount of belly fat in the last week from eating like I was training like a beast but not training because I was sick. Doesn’t make me feel good about my tummy nor my arteries. Back on the cutting meal plan. Screw this! ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
