Let’s Talk About Calories
Calories are the units of energy that our bodies use to stay running.
They are not evil.
They are not bad.
They can be frustrating.
They are useful.
They are necessary.
If you are eating less than 1200 calories per day, we need to chat.
You need calories to live, to feel good, to lose weight, to build muscle, and to be the rockstar that is hiding inside of you because you are not eating enough calories.
Let me draw up a scenario for you…
Breakfast- Yogurt with Berries
Snack- celery sticks
Lunch- Dry salad with grilled chicken
Snack- cottage cheese
Dinner- 4 ounces of meat with veggies
Friday afternoon-Sunday night
Anything and everything you can find in your house.
And the cycle continues.
