Maybe you don’t feel that have time to do a whole workout with your busy schedule. And that’s ok! But is important that you take a few minutes to move, is good for your body, your health and even your mood!
The American Heart Association recommends that you do at least 30 min of exercise daily. You can move a little through the day in shorts burst of exercise, to accomplish your “quota” -Walk 10 min. Walk in the morning. If you are taking Bus, Tram or Metro, how about stepping down before your last stop and walk? Or even better: enjoy the great weather to bike to your work #dutchthingsilove -10 min. exercise at lunch time. Put the phone away and walk a little bit after your lunch. You will feel more energized and focus! -10 min. squats and sit-ups at night while you watch your favorite show.
These 30 minutes are easy to achieve when you don't have time to anything else. But remember, if you can squeeze your time and go to your favorite class, is a win-win for you. Exercise isn't a punishment, is a gift that you give to your body!
